Summary

Status: Stopped
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Montoya wins in St Petersburg! Wow.

Power was second, 0.9s behind, with Kanaan, Castroneves and Pagenaud rounding out the top five.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Montoya made short work of lapping Karam, but the Ganassi youngster made it much harder for Power, who was stuck behind him for several corners. Put it down to inexperience, but he can expect a visit from the reigning champion in pitlane after the race.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Now Montoya is coming up on quite a lot of lapped traffic. This could create another opportunity for Power, whose lap times suggest that the missing winglet isn't causing him any problems.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Montoya stoutly defends an attack by Power, and there's light contact between the pair. Power is now missing a winglet.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Montoya killed his red tyres long before his first stop earlier in the race, and his crew is on the radio reminding him not to do the same thing again. That's going to be easier said than done, given that Power is clamped to his gearbox.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: The Montoya/Power battle for the lead is officially on with 15 laps to go. Kanaan, Castroneves and Pagenaud round out the top five.

Worth of note is Hunter-Reay in seventh. He was knocked back to 17th with that mistake at the start, but has been steadily picking his way back ever since.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: A replay shows us where things went wrong for Power during that last stop: he pitted a lap after Montoya, and lost a ton of time when the team forgot to pull out the jack.

Montoya is being told to ease off to save fuel, and his advantage over Power is down to 2.7s. Will is lapping around 0.5s quicker.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Montoya's on a mission here - he's almost 4.0s ahead of Power.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: The leaders have made their final stops, and Montoya has exited ahead of Power. Both are on red tyres for their last stint.

Further back, Pagenaud has pulled a nice move around the outside of Bourdais to move up to sixth. That will become fifth once Hawksworth makes his final stop.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Power and Montoya, currently P1 and P2 respectively, are both being told to save fuel. Power is on the softer rubber and is having a tough time shaking off his team-mate. Third-placed Kanaan is almost 10s behind them, with Castroneves and Pagenaud rounding out the top five.
NASCAR - Martinsville: That's Hamlin's 25th win and fifth at Martinsville.

Joe Gibbs cars finish first, fourth and fifth respectively.

Top 10:

1 Hamlin
2 Keselowski
3 Logano
4 Kenseth
5 Ragan
6 Truex
7 Patrick
8 Harvick
9 Gordon
10 McMurray
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Power still leads, but second-placed Montoya is not letting the Australian get away. The gap between them is less than 0.5s.

RLL clearly lost their argument with race control, because Rahal has just served his penalty. It's a shame for him, as his pace was pretty good, but from where we're sitting it certainly looked like avoidable contact.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Keselowski hits Hamlin, but Hamlin holds on to win!

Denny Hamlin wins at Martinsville!
NASCAR - Martinsville: White flag, Hamlin leads Keselowski.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Rahal has also been issued a drive-through penalty for hitting Kimball. The team is arguing with race control about it.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Four to go - Keselowski gets crossed up attacking Hamlin for the lead.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Nine to go, that's not a happy number for ninth placed Kevin Harvick. His run of second place finishes looks to be over.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: We also forgot to mention that de Silvestro was given a drive-through for running into Jakes in the first place.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Ford haven't won at Martinsville since 2002, so Keselowski could end that run if he can overturn Hamlin.

Matt Kenseth in fourth has fallen over 2s behind the lead battle.

Gordon is up to 14th, but will need a caution to get anywhere near the top five.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Meanwhile, we forgot to mention that Jakes has rejoined, albeit seven laps down on the leaders.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Restart.
NASCAR - Martinsville: With 19 to go, Hamlin leads Keselowski.

The #2 seems to have genuine pace at this stage, can Keselowski win his second race in a row?
IndyCar - St Petersburg: The Rahal/Kimball incident is under investigation.

That move by Power on the restart really was rather good: he outdragged Castroneves down the main straight, passed him on the inside, and then just held his line to pick off Hawksworth and Karam. Both of the latter were on old tyres, but even so ...
NASCAR - Martinsville: Stewart falls to eigth as a fight for the top five positions ensues.

Hamlin leads ahead of Keselowski, Logano, Kenseth and Ragan. Jeff Gordon is 19th.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Stewart leads after the restart, and he looks to have the pace to stay out front.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Current top five: Power, Montoya, Karam, Hawksworth and Kanaan. Pagenaud, who is eighth, is missing a few bits of his front wing.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Tony Stewart and Cole Whitt stayed out under that caution. Behind them, with a lack off Gordon, is Kenseth,Logano and Hamlin.

Harvick restarts tenth.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: That was a poor restart for Castroneves, too - he's down in P6.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Kimball was already limping back to the pits following an incident with Simon Pagenaud on the restart when he got hit even harder by Graham Rahal a couple of corners later.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Most of the leaders pit, Kenseth led off pit road.

Leader Jeff Gordon was too fast entering the pitlane, and will be forced to the back. That blows the race at the front wide open, if it wasn't already (which it was)
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Restart. Power somehow managed to pass three cars in turn one to reclaim the lead
NASCAR - Martinsville: Caution is out for debris with 40 to go.

Will the leaders pit or stay out?
NASCAR - Martinsville: Penske team-mates Joey Logano and Keselowski are fighting for fourth, while Danica Patrick moves in behind them in sixth.

She passed Jamie McMurray for the sixth spot.
NASCAR - Martinsville: We're in heavy traffic at the moment with the lead fluctuating. Gordon's car is better on the long-run, so the race could be with Gordon and Hamlin down the stretch.

Don't count Kenseth out, though.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Kevin Harvick is down to 10th now, and is falling back. He started fourth on the restart.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: Hawksworth leads from Karam, although both are out of sequence. Behind them are Castroneves, Power and Montoya. Pagenaud lost some ground during that stop, and is running eighth.
NASCAR - Martinsville: Gordon makes his move! He takes the lead from Kenseth and begins to pull away almost immediately.
IndyCar - St Petersburg: All of the leaders are pitting under the caution. Castroneves has passed Power on pitroad - that should make the restart interesting ...
NASCAR - Martinsville: We're green for a 60 lap shootout, or so we hope. Or do we...
NASCAR - Martinsville: Could Hamlin have pulled off a stroke of tactical genius during that stop?

He stopped in the pits and allowed Joey Logano to drive past. That puts him one spot further down, but on the inside for the restart.
